If you are feeling distressed or concerned about someone else, there are people who can help at any time of the night or day.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT DURING CRISIS

If you are in a mental health crisis you should seek immediate and appropriate help urgently. There are professionals who can support you through your crisis.

If you are not coping and are concerned about your own safety or that of some one else you know there is help available twenty four hours.

Call 999 or go to A&E now if:

•⁠ Someone’s life is at risk – for example, they have seriously injured themselves or taken an overdose
•⁠ ⁠You do not feel you can keep yourself or someone else safe

 

A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a physical one. You will not be wasting anyone’s time.
